How to rectify an Azure Subscription

In an attempt to resolve an Azure Subscription 1, I currently cannot access my account as indicated below;

Pick an account

The selected user account does not exist in the tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '6e00b31f-06d4-4c93-8b14-e08b568b4a04' in that tenant. The account {My account name} needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

How can I access my Azure account to access Activity Logs, Subscription analysis, and rectify the Azure Subscription? Also, I cannot create a Support Ticket due to the above.

    Hey there, Simba Bryn Mahaja

    From reading the question, it looks like it is trying to sign you into the Microsoft Services tenant rather than your own tenant. When you select an account, is there more than one account that is the same listed?

    Please can you open an InPrivate browsing window for the following site: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBladeV2

    You will need to make sure you sign into the right account to view your subscriptions.
