how to fix choose and option loop on windows 11?

i was playing the game and live streaming at the same time and then out of nowhere my computer freezes up and then shuts down. after turning it on it puts me in the choose an option screen and from there it won’t let me start my pc. it won’t let me factory reset or troubleshoot because it says there’s a problem with your pc.

how can i fix this and get back to normal. if i can find a way to reset it (if needed) then please help me out with this issue.

I shall suggest you- look at the Event viewer immediately after such freezing, so that you will get a clue why it's happening.

Back up all your important files to an ext. drive.

Boot into Safe mode: Then try Settings > Recovery > Reset this PC

Download the Media Creation Tool:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Make a bootable USB Drive.

Boot from this drive and Troubleshoot > Startup Repair (try this first).

If that fails, go to Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything or Keep my files.
