Hello,

Our Azure AI Advisor informed us the advisor program would end in June and has since become unreachable. We are now in a critical deployment phase and need to be reassigned to a new Customer Success Manager, Azure AI Technical Advisor, or equivalent Microsoft contact to support our scale-up. We were meeting with our advisor weekly, and it was incredibly helpful. We need to continue with the same moving forward.

Can you please escalate this or forward it to the appropriate Microsoft Customer Success or AI Services team?

Thank you.

    Hello Mayer Cohen,

To reactivate the Customer Support Manager (CSM) for your Azure plan, the steps can vary depending on how your Azure support plan was originally set up. Here's a general guide for you to reactivating Azure Customer Support Manager (CSM).

    1. Check Your Azure Support Plan:
      • CSM is typically available with Premier or Unified Support plans.
      • If your support plan has lapsed or been downgraded, CSM access may be suspended.
    2. Sign in to the Azure Portal:
      • Go to Azure Portal.
      • Navigate to Help + Support > Support Plans.
    3. Review and Reactivate Support Plan:
      • If your support plan was canceled or expired, you can reactivate or purchase a new plan.
      • For reactivation, follow the prompts or click Reactivate if available.
    4. If you don’t see the option to reactivate or need help restoring CSM access, create a support request:
    5. Partner Center (if applicable):
      • If you're managing Azure through a Microsoft Partner, go to the Partner Center and:
      • Navigate to the Azure Plan details.
      • Change the status of the plan back to Active.

Hope this will help you resolve the issue. if you have any issue or concerns regrading the same, please feel free to reach out to me, im here to help you.
