- Check Your Azure Support Plan:
- CSM is typically available with Premier or Unified Support plans.
- If your support plan has lapsed or been downgraded, CSM access may be suspended.
- Sign in to the Azure Portal:
- Go to Azure Portal.
- Navigate to Help + Support > Support Plans.
- Review and Reactivate Support Plan:
- If your support plan was canceled or expired, you can reactivate or purchase a new plan.
- For reactivation, follow the prompts or click Reactivate if available.
- If you don’t see the option to reactivate or need help restoring CSM access, create a support request:
- Go to Help + Support > New Support Request.
- Choose Subscription Management as the issue type.
