Is there a remote/enterprise wide way to disable the Microsoft Teams setting called "Sync device buttons"?

Is there a way to disable Microsoft Teams setting called "Sync device buttons" for all users in Teams Admin Center or is there a registry key that can be set? We are having issues with calls dropping in the middle of a call and this seems to fix the issue. We tried many different USB model configurations and nothing seems to help.
