I am presenting at a meeting with all my higher ups today. I am the new physician recruiter and I would like to improve upon our site visits. We want all candidates to have the same experience. Right now they are going to breakfast lunch and dinner with key players but usually always different. I would like to change it to have more designated face to face visits while they are here rather than just a hall handshake and small talk. What are the normal objectives for a physician site visist so I can assure we are covering all our bases
