I am seeing conection issue from agent ( AKS agent) here pod is agent

The “Connection reset by peer” means that dev.azure.com is deliberately closing the link before your script can finish its request. In my experience this almost always comes down to your container’s TLS or HTTP stack not matching Azure DevOps’ requirements. First, rebuild your agent image on a base that includes OpenSSL 1.1.1 or newer, and then run:

pip install --upgrade requests urllib3

This ensures your Python libraries can negotiate TLS 1.2 correctly. Next, modify your HTTP call to include a keep-alive header so the server won’t drop the socket mid-request:

Finally, validate from inside the pod with:

curl -v https://dev.azure.com/your-org/_apis openssl s_client -connect dev.azure.com:443 -tls1_2

If those still reset, switch to Microsoft’s azure-devops Python package it handles the auth, header management and retries for you, and you’ll stop seeing these abrupt disconnects.
