Using negative keyword lists across multiple Microsoft Advertising clients and campaigns

I have a few clients that target the same keywords in their campaigns, but in different geographies, and I'd like to be able to build and apply one master negative keyword list and apply it to these clients. I don't see how I can do that, and even when I tried to copy and export the negative keyword list from one client and manually create another carbon copy negative list, but I didn't see any option to export  the keywords in the list.

Hope fully this makes sense and any guidance on how I can apply and use one negative keyword list across multiple accounts?

Thanks

Rob

    Hello Default_963,

    I hope you are well!

Gaetano Trapanese is absolutely correct. You can set up a negative keyword list under “Tools” and then “Negative keyword lists” in the shared library section. You would also be able to find more information on the following link:  How to add keywords that won't trigger my ads

    Hi.

If you have a Manager Account you should be able to create - at that level (manager account) - a negative keyword list, that then you can apply to specific accounts and/or campaigns that are in your manager account.

Alternatively you can use Microsoft Ads Editor that is a very simpe tool to manage campaigns offline and then upload them online: in that case  you set up a negative KW list on the tool and upload it to whatever account you want.

For any further info we're here.

    Ciao

    Gaetano
