Microsoft Teams fullscreen iframe no ESC Key

Hello everyone, I am a developer working on a fullscreen iframe experience within a Teams App. This is the same experience like fullscreening a YouTube video. The issue I am facing is that if a user presses ESC, nothing happens. One would assume that it would exit fullscreen. Was wondering if anyone knew how I could handle this? I tested this with the YouTube tab, and the same issues arises there.

ESC key in Teams is to close new windows except the client itself. For more information, you could refer to this article.

According to your description, this question is more related to development. As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams, I would add office-teams-app-dev tag and remove office-teams-windows-itpro tag. Hope you get better response.
