Direct X Issue

Question

I play Max Payne 3 on my laptop......but since last few days when i click to start it, the message displays-

    The dynamic library "gsrld.dll" failed to load. please confirm that:

    1) The file was copied over the same folder as the cracked executable

    2) The antivirus software is not false-detecting the file (in which case

    white-list the folder/file)

But Not Only This Game They show .dll Files are missing on my computer for many games. so i pls help me to download a better version of Direct x From Your site. send me the link

Are you running an insider build or normal production public release?
