I can open the store, when I try to sign in, it does not load the sign in where i can enter my credentials. is there a way to re-install the store, i have tried using the troubleshooting app and it was completely useless.

I tried to call microsoft, but they no longer have any phone support. I am very frustrated, as I can't seem to find any information, and all of the tools haven't been very helpful.

    Hi,

Please first try to reset Microsoft Store to see if the issue could be resolved.

    Settings>Apps>Apps & features>Microsoft Store>Advanced Options>Reset

We do not recommend removing or uninstalling the microsoft store, but the if the issue persists and you would like to reinstall it, please try below steps.

    1. Run powershell as administrator
    2. Run "Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage" to uninstall Microsoft Store. 57939-image.png
    3. Run "Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" to reinstall Microsoft Store

    4. Restart the PC and see if you could open Microsoft Store.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe and click OK.

    See if that helps!
