Get MS Forms response and fill PDF template

Question

I am trying to create a flow that gets response from an MS Forms and matched the answers into an editable PDF file.

I can't seem to find a way to do that without using 3rd party licenses.

Any ideas?

I have tried using OneDrive create file, convert file to PDF but it doesn't really work. I also want to host any documents created in the flow in Sharepoint and not OneDrive, but if it has to be OneDrive application then okay.

Microsoft forms is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
