I am not able to view my Certificates / Transcripts in Microsoft Learning Portal

I am logging into https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp to view my certificates and transcripts. On signing in, I am not able to view the certificates or transcripts. It gives me this error message.

Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

    Yes, there are problems these days with certification dashboard.
