Load Balancer availability status shows unknown

Question

Hi,

I have a load balancer and working fine till last night suddenly cant able to access website using load balancer IP. When I checked, found that Load Balancer availability status shows unknown

Someone pls help me

Hello @AzureisMyCareer-5423 ,

I would recommend you to check Service Health in Azure portal for any service issues/health advisories related to your load balancer, If you do not see anything specific, go to Service Health -> Resource Health and select your subscription and load balancer (resource type). Select the affected load balancer and check the status. There, you can find "Diagnose & solve problems" option to perform load balancer troubleshooting for various common problems as below:

NOTE : Resource Health status is only available for public Standard Load Balancer resources.

load balancer status unknown - Resource health status for your standard load balancer resource has not been updated yet or has not received Data Path availability information for the last 10 minutes. This state should be transient and will reflect correct status as soon as data is received.
