MS Teams Video Call

looking for help relating to the video call meetings in MS Teams.

During a 3 participant meeting. All ID boxes are visible on the participant's screens throughout the call. Is it possible for my ID Box vanish suddenly showing to the others that I am not there when I am indeed there.

In this situation I have not lost connection in any way.

Still hearing them talking and seeing their ID Boxes.

    @Barb Clark , thank you for your question. It would appear that this might be more of an issue with Microsoft Teams.

    You tagged Azure Communication Services(ACS) but didn't mention anything about using ACS being used within your setup. Can you please verify if you are using ACS?

    If you are using just Microsoft Teams, they have their own forum to handle questions. We would suggest you post your question over there so Teams experts can assist you further.

    Please do let us know if ACS is being used though so we can ensure ACS isn't causing any issues.

    @Barb Clark ,

    Do you mean that you want to close your video in Teams meeting?
    If so, just turn off your video as below. It will have no impact of your connection to the meeting.
