Links and product key for SQl amd sharepoint 2016 installation

I have 16 gb RAM laptop

C drive 63 gb free
D drive 280 gb free
E drive 130 go free

I have created VM allocated 12 GB RAM for this VM to install Sharepoint 2016 with single stand alone topology.

Now I need to have Sharepoint 2016 and sql 2014 with sp1 installed on this VM. Please share me links to download and where do I get product key.

I have already installed windows server 2016 and made it as domain controller.

I just need to use for lab and development purpose not more than that.

Please help.

Microsoft provides 180 days trial period of SharePoint, we could find product key under Install Instructions in SharePoint Server 2016 installation link.
