Question

Reinstalled Windows now my legitimate product key "has been blocked from use by Microsoft"

Hi, I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 32/64- bit sp1, my windows was fully activated previously. 

Last week I did a fresh install of my operating system.

Now I entered my product key to activate and recieved the message:

" the product key you typed has been blocked from use by Microsoft"

I am assuming its because I have tried to activate with it twice, but this hasn't happened before.

How do I get my product key unblocked?
