You can download the Microsoft certificates from the dashboard over here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

Also note that Microsoft Certification is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.

I need to contact with technical support. I paid a lot of money for me exam. I pàss the exam. And nobody know where is my certificate. I only can see a message that said
"Sorry, we could not find your certification profile"

I opened three ask in the forum and nobody is be able to help me.

Could you please provider me and smart answer ?

As I'm aware there's been reported issues with the Microsoft Certification pages today, your issue might be related to this issue.
You can try asking the experts in the forum which I linked previously, they should be able to assist you further.
