Hello, I have a question about Outlook signature. Signature has a big difference between desktop application and web. I create a simple generator of signatures for outlook (web application). And when I copy information in outlook on the web all works correctly but when I will open this mail-in desktop version of the program, my signature does not work. All images have different property, text, borders, and fonts. Yes, if you use desktop app for all time it is not a problem. But a lot of users use web version. Can you connect web and desktop application signatures? ![72107-difference.jpg][1] here is difference between web and desktop. The same mail. [1]: /api/attachments/72107-difference.jpg?platform=QnA

    Hi @Taras Radyk ,

I create a simple generator of signatures for outlook (web application)

What's the account that you are using(Microsoft 365 or others)?
Could this issue be reproduced on other Outlook client? And What's the version of your Outlook client(File>Office account>About Outlook), please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook.

Based on my tests, I have tried to create a signature and insert some pictures via add picture icon 72315-snipaste-2021-02-26-10-51-05.jpgin microsoft 365 web mail to check, but my pictures could display normally on Outlook desktop client, in order to further confirm your issue, could you tell me how did you create the signature and insert these images in your web mail (insert it directly , insert a picture link or others)? And could it display normally in outlook desktop client if you create a new signature with inserting these images directly like me?

If the new signature could display normally in outlook, the issue may be related to your original signature itself, and it's suggested to switch to other way to create your signature(such as insert picture directly).
If this new signature with simple picture also couldn't display normally on your Outlook, it may be related to your client. In the point of Outlook client, in order to avoid the interference of add-ins, which may casue some format issue in Outlook client, it's suggested to restart your Outlook in safe mode to test(windows + R> type "outlook.exe /safe">enter).

If your issue has any update, please feel free to post back.

Outlook allows you to customize the signature that appears at the bottom of each email you send. By reading your question I think you can simply create your signature by follow below referral link:

    Hi, thanks for your answer.
Yes, it is Microsoft 365 last version.
Look at my gif file. Try the same and check the result in the web and desktop versions of outlook. I understand about the size of pictures, but margin, padding fonts....
I can do signature using standard tools but my method works correctly on the web but not on the desktop version.
For your test, I create a simple example. The signature must be close like in this link. http://mariiradyk.epizy.com/?i=1

This is the only way by which I had created my signature and this method has also worked. So you too can try this method.

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click on the New Email.
    3. In the Message menu, select Signature.
    4. Select Signatures to proceed further.
    5. Choose Signature to Edit, or select New, type a name for the signature in the New Signature dialog box.
    6. Click on the Choose default signature, and configure the given options for your signature.
    7. Finally, select OK and save the new signature.

    Follow these steps if needed.

    Hi, Thanks for your question.

First of all it depends upon the version of Outlook desktop application that you're using. Normally the web versions are updated to the latest versions and you will not have any problems while attaching the signatures. Make sure you have the latest version of Outlook on desktop since older versions do not support image display or might have problems with installed Add-ins. Another thing is that the signatures which you add using web version of Outlook is not purely HTML which means that your signature can have distorted images and graphics when viewed on different devices.

If you are looking for a stress-free and cost-effective solution that can automatically display consistent email signatures across all devices such as PC, mobile, desktop or web, then you can try Sigsync Office 365 email signature solution. Sigsync is a cloud based email signature manager and you can access it from anywhere without any installations. You can include HTML signatures with Sigsync which means that your signature is displayed identically on all devices without any distortions. I recommend you to use the trial version of the service and try out all the features.

    6) Signature Preview function allows you to preview the signature in real-time.
