App service domain failed to deploy and cannot be recreated.

I bought an App Service Domain (or attempted) but it did not deploy and I received an error.

However, the domain seems to be registered with to me now via wildwestdomains. So the trouble is I can no longer purchase it again to try and re-deploy it as it comes up as unavailable. And I can't set it up either as it is not shown in the list in Azure.

I don't want to cancel the domain and release it only for this all to happen again either.

It just seems like it is broken and there is nothing I can do and will have to use some other host that doesn't lose domains?

Any help appreciated.

If nobody can help, can somebody tell me how to raise a bug without paying some subscription for help?

It seems to me that Microsoft are charging to sort out their own bugs?

We apologize for not responding to your question much earlier. Rest assured I want to help resolve your issue. Can you provide the error message you received when attempting to purchase your domain? Since can see your domain registered with wildwestdomains, you cannot see it listed on the App Service Domain blade?

I have responded to Shashi below via email but you are correct that I can't see the domain in the App Service Domain blade yet I can see it is registered to wildwestdomains when I look it up.

I don't know if I recorded the original error but after a second or third try I looked for the entire error string which contained "There was an unexpected InternalServerError. Please try again later." I have not posted everything in that string but can do so if you wish. It gives a request id and operations url. I have sent the whole thing to Shashi.

Please bare in mind also that I have also been contacted by MS support and have been given a service request number.
