MRD cannot download on 10.14.6

I cannot download Microsoft Remote Desktop for MAC OS 10.14.6. Neither from the web or the Mac App Store. It cycles and then gives me a cloud. I click the cloud to download again and it reverts to the cloud. Any clues? Best, RJP
