Android eMail delete does not delete in outlook inbox

Android S9, native emails app & Outlook (Android)

When My client deleted eMail on android app, it does not delete on outlook inbox on PC. However, If I access the inbox on the phone via the outlook app, it deletes both on phone & outlook (PC).

How do I get the android phone app to delete in the outlook inbox? Clients prefer the Android app.

    According to your description, the synchronization between different outlook client is normal, so the issue may be related to your synchronization of your android app and mailbox, in order to further confirm it, you could try to delete a message on your app and check it on your web mail for testing, if the message still exists there, the issue may be related to your android app itself. So what's the type of the account that you configured in your android app? As I know, if you configured it with pop, the message would be downloaded locally and not synced to other client, which may casue your issue.
