OneDrive Notifications - How to disable all notifications for all users

Users in our organization keep getting email notifications when a comment is added/inserted into a word or excel document. Specifically when they use the @mention. ![75499-screenshot-1.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/75499-screenshot-1.png?platform=QnA Is there a way to disable notifications on OneDrive for all users within our organization?

Hi @Sunith ,

In OneDrive admin center, there are no related settings to turn comment notifications off.

In personal OneDrive settings, we could turn off comment notifications via OneDrive settings>Notifications:

So we suggest you ask each user to check and disable notifications by themselves.

@JulieWang-MSFT thank you for your response. Just wanted to share a few more info.

We are on OneDrive for Business.

The word documents that are throwing these notification emails have "Tracking Changes Enabled". So anyone makes a change or adds a comment an email notification is sent out from "******@sharepointonline.com". The user does want to "Track Changes" but wants to disable these notification emails.

Hi @Sunith ,

In order to get a better forum experience, we changed your answer to a comment.

"Track changes in Word" feature will not send notification emails, this only gives you and your coworkers a way to make changes that are easy to spot.

Per my test, if someone comments on the document you shared in onedrive, we will receive the notification email from ******@sharepointonline.com:

As suggested above, turn off comment notifications in personal OneDrive settings>Notifications.
