We are currently using SQL Server 2014 and want to stand up a new SQL Server 2019 instance on a new server (newer OS) to upgrade all our databases into. During the cutover time, both the 2014 and 2019 instances will coexist. Is there a grace period window for SQL Server licensing where both servers can coexist but we are only paying for licenses on one?
