How do I run a report or export a list of all distribution groups who can receive emails from the outside, with members in one report?

Hi,

We are running Office 365. Our mailboxes are all in the cloud. How do I run a report or export a list of all distribution groups who can receive emails from the outside, with members in one report?

I figured out how to export a list of all email distribution groups that can receive emails outside and another report of who are the members of all our distribution groups via PowerShell, but I couldn't figure out what I am looking for in one report. Thank you!
