I am attempting to back up my D:\ volume with the MARS agent. I am able to schedule the jobs, and run a backup on demand. However, the tasks that trigger the scheduled backup are being disabled nightly by the SYSTEM account.
I have reviewed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-mars-troubleshoot#backups-dont-run-according-to-schedule and outstanding issues have been addressed.
I'm unsure what to check next. Any ideas?

@Shawn Johnson Check "Task Scheduler configuration" on the physical server. In Settings, change the setting "If the task is already running, then the following rule applies:" to Stop the existing instance instead of Run a new instance in Parallel. -This should be the key point.
