    Have you met some error on screen?
    Did this problem come to you suddenly? Was there anything done before that? Have you installed system updates, drivers, software, etc?

    Hello!

    it depends on the error that you are receiving.
    usually there is also a QR code that you can scan to get more details about the error.

    in any case, most of the time is due to a error in either the ram or hdd/ssd.
    if you are overclocking your pc that can also cause an issue.

    if it happening more and more frequently you could try a fresh windows install.
