Hi All,

I have a load balancer and two VM's in backend pools. We have load balancer dns entry in dns server as well.

Website which are hosted in VM's are not stopped accessing. VM's are up and accessible. it never allowed to browse the site inside the any of node but able to access the site from workstation and currently it is not

As per the activity logs in Load balancer under change history I see that ETAGS are updates . will this cause this issue and pls let me know how can we fix the issue

is there a way to find and check that load balancer dont have any issues and also accpeting the requests from the server or how to find connection status between load balancer and servers (backend VM) and also logs to analyse

Note : pls help me to know what is etags in load balancer

Thank you!

    Hi GVS,

Can you please check the health probe for your load balancer and the routing rules, that you have specified in the LB, i.e. the ports for the backend pool should be the same where your application is running. Post that can you try to access the application from the Load Balancer's IP instead of the DNS first.

    Regards
