Team, I have a certification tomorrow morning for Az-900 10:45 IST however the id with which I logged in is not working now , can you pleas provide me immediate help to be able to make the exam time login ??

I have had a long chat with support personnel (Pearson chat) and after giving every detail of address and email id that I used to login they could not verify my account as a result I need immediate help from Microsoft team now to either help me with accessing my account that has certification scheduled for 10:45 AM 5th April so that I can give the exam or help me to cancel it from back end so that it doesn't happen No Show . This is a technical issue and I cant get anything on Sunday being a holiday . Hence need immediate assistance .

I want immediate help to cancel any certification enrollment dated 5th April 10:45 AM for AZ-900 as I am not able to see the same in the recovered email, nor i am able to see MS ID or exam registration ID.
Being Sunday no support is available as well - Please help at the earliest possible since I have enrolled into another slot for 6th April and hence want to cancel this once. Thanks .
