The system cannot find the path specified.
The link above won't give me helpful info on how to proceed further. The reference says that this is permission related issue to registry. However, i tried running the reg add command on the same terminal and was able to run successfully.

@sudoundo , Could you please provide more details about the environment where you are running the script and what operation you are trying to do ? I understand that you are running some script but is that Powershell or something else and the error says Invalid syntax. so it could be something different or generic error. Did you run REG ADD command on an Administrative elevated prompt ? and ran the script on normal command prompt . What API/SDK functions are you calling to make these registry changes ? Please let us know more and we will be happy to help accordingly .

I am onboarding a Windows 10 ver.20H2. The script i am running is the one downloadable from MS Defender Security center for Windows (see screenshot). I run as Administrator my command prompt. I believe the script contains both Powershell and Registry commands.
