Excel Table Bottom Border Removed On Page Break

Question

I am trying to create an Excel document for MS Flow. The goal is to have a table that will fill with all the data the user entered from Power Apps. The issue is that when the number of rows entered in the table causes a page break, the bottom border of the row disappears. I need this to be setup so that this document can be used as a template. I cannot manually add the bottom border every time the flow gets called.
