Hello,

I have to be using this alternate one of my business related accounts to log into forums because I can't access my main hotmail account.

I'm trying to log into my personal hotmail account. I can't because I had set by phone number as a authentication method, now I've moved abroad to a different country to live there, and the phone number has been terminated. The recovery option asks the same details from me again an again. It denies access when I've entered legitimate details.

I have not sent emails from that account recently, I don't remember subject titles I used in the past. I don't know why you have to read personal emails that I sent to others anyway.

If you want me to call you to verify, I can do that. I don't have a phone number. Give me an alternate option to verify and I will. If I can contact a support staff from hotmail support I will give the details.

You are denying access to the email address I've used for years. thanks.

what's the hotmail support team email address? when I select the "contact us by email" option in "contact us" section it just opens up my email account and hangs there. no email address is provided.

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions in dedicated forums here.
