Hello all,

Greetings.

I like to ask a question, and get some insights from the experienced members with domain knowledge on this strange issue I have, and hopefully learn something.

I am not sure if some of you have encountered before a scenario, when for example, you submitted a job application, or registered for events, when the email address ending with outlook.com never get a reply from the automated response systems of the other party? But, when I used my other email address with Hotmail domain, straight away I get an automated response.

Probably around 15% of the time I get this issue. Other times, the Outlook.com domain works fine. I am concerned that Outlook.com domain was wrongly flagged as malicious domain and was blocked at the door.

A while ago, I changed by personal Hotmail address to one with the Outlook.com domain to make it for modern and professional. I am not sure if I should switch back to my Hotmail address. Its quite a hassle switching emails when there are many correspondences.

I will love to continue using my Outlook.com domain, but if its not widely accepted as a legit domain due to some weird reason, I probably have to change.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Herman

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions in dedicated forums here.
