What configuration is required to enable request/message dependency tracking with Service Bus?
I am using applicationinsights-agent 3.0.0 preview 4 and followed configuration mentioned in link

If you are using JMS, the 3.0.0-Preview agent supports auto-collection of Service bus dependencies.
But if you're using the Azure SDK, it is not supported yet.
