Classic SharePoint Content Editor Web Part keeps turning pictures sideways )

Question

Pictures that we have entered into a content web editor web part, are being added sideways. This issue has been happening randomly since August. I have tried adding pictures back in, changing the formats, all sort of things over the past year.

Nothing we have been able to do can fix it so that it lasts. Sometimes it will stay fixed for a day or two and then reverts back.
- here is a pic that goes into the editor fine, but then a couple days later will appear sideways. Here's our HTML Source Code.

Please perform the following troubleshooting:

1)I suggest you entry the complete image URL

2)Clear browser cache

3)Use other browsers such as IE, Edge, Google

If the problem still occurs, click F12 to enter the DevTools page to check whether the picture can be displayed normally.
