I try to download the Web Platform Installer v5 using https://download.microsoft.com/download/C/F/F/CFF3A0B8-99D4-41A2-AE1A-496C08BEB904/WebPlatformInstaller_amd64_en-US.msi as explained on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/install/web-platform-installer/web-platform-installer-v4-command-line-webpicmdexe-rtw-release
This used to work but now this suddenly serves a 404.
Is it moved or are there issues on the download environment?

I also saw that, but those direct links are for V5.1 and we are using 5.0.
Probably not a big issue to use the 5.1 version instead, but I don't understand why the direct links from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/install/web-platform-installer/web-platform-installer-v4-command-line-webpicmdexe-rtw-release which were working a couple of days ago now suddenly do not seem to work anymore. I was hoping somebody (from Microsoft) could clarify that.
