So my Windows 11 often randomly does a blackout for like Two seconds. It is really annoying and it randomly happens.

I have restarted the computer multiple times, no success. This issue is for a week now.

Now I have checked for updates, I dont know if I should install it or not. It is the 24H2 Update for x64 based system.

Thank you for your reply. Please try the following:

    >>Run DISM and SFC tools to repair damaged system files:

On your search bar, type 'command prompt', then right-click and select 'Run as Administrator'. Type the following commands one after another in their respective order

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    sfc /scannow

Complete each step one at a time - they may take a few minutes. Restart your PC afterward.

Hi, I'm Estrella. I'll do my best to help you.

    1. Are you using a desktop with an external monitor, or a laptop?
    2. What is the make and model of your device?

In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

Please share a screenshot of that window.

    1. Could you list the troubleshooting steps you've tried to avoid repeating them, if any?

If you were offered the 24H2 version, sometimes Windows Update can fix issues like this. Try installing it and see if it makes a difference.
