When I try to change my monitor rate to 144HZ my system changes screen resolution to 1680x1050.
But my screen usually is 1920x1080 144HZ.
But now when I open the list of resolution there is only 1920x1080 60HZ, how can I change it back to 144HZ?

From CRU. If you have that resolution with a similar refresh rate, click on it, then click "Delete".

If you have the Intel Graphics Command Center (which asks you to go to system settings), try this (remove "1920x1080 @ 144 Hz" if it appears and add it back manually).

If you get a black screen after setting that mode in Settings, I can't really help you that much. But the screen will appear again if nothing is done for 15 seconds. Make sure you are near the PC/laptop to see that no one touches the keyboard.
