quality check for translation of voicemail to German transcript

Is there any sanity check planned to be done on translation (transcripts) of voicemails to German? In one of the customer the translation of a voicemail to German ended it questional and slight questionable content. Customer as a result decided to disable the funcationality.

As our forum only supports for English, we couldn’t provide help for German.

In general, many factors will lead to an inaccurate transcript, such as accent, noise.

To make sure transcripts are as accurate as possible, try to follow these best practices:

1. Speak clearly, slowly, and directly into the mic. As your distance from the mic increases, captions may become less accurate.
2. Avoid locations with background noise.
3. Avoid having multiple people speak at the same time.
4. Use the highest-quality Teams-certified equipment available to you.
