We are using Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 Version 16.9.4.

Code Coverage results not displayed with the rest results in the TFS build server.

Able to see in my local machine but failed to display on the build server.

Edited the build definition and added the Visual Studio Test task and checked the Code coverage checkbox and Upload attachments.100116-codecoverageuploadattachemnts.png100118-codecoveragecheckbox.png

    Hello @Surya Pattepu ,

Thank you for taking time to post this issue on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Perhaps this issue is related to the settings of TFS, since TFS is currently not supported in the Microsoft Q&A forum, the supported products are listed over here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products/, you can post your question here Developer Community Azure DevOps Server (TFS) or here Stack Overflow tagged tfs.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Sincerely,
    Tianyu
