Teams users facing calls issue continuously
All Teams users in our tenant facing calls issue continuously for the past 4 months in which I have raised more than 7 tickets for the same issue But up to now all those tickets has been closed without our consent or fixing the issue. I raised another three tickets for the same issue two weeks ago and only one engineer contacted me but since then he keep sending us emails telling that he can't reach my phone number which is not true.
- Current opened tickets for the same issue: 25621801, 25643475 and 25753905 and We have sent Network capture, teams logs and even to send Microsoft a record of the issue behavior.
- Issue details: We have Microsoft Domestic and International Calling Plan for all our users and there's no Direct routing. The main issue is that when we call any phone number from this country "Guinea (+224)",
- first call, it will redirect the call to somewhere else that we really don’t know
- second call, it will only take 1min20s, then the issue appeared repeating what we talked about within that 1min20s, the call will still on going but the one who initiated the call will only be hearing the same conversation within that 1min20s (repeating the same until the caller ends the call).
3- We don't have any issues when calling other countries.
- Troubleshooting steps we tried:
1- completely deleted up to 3 users and recreated them, assign license, assign different phone numbers but still the same
2- we tried on android, IOS, mac, windows and browsers but still the same
3- created 2 fresh new users but still the same.
However, if we use any other third party VOIP apps like "Boss Rev, Rebtel, Yolla or Easy call", we can call any phone number from that country "Guinea (+224)" and everything is fine without any issues.
I would really appreciate if anyone call help on this or could tell me where exactly I can report this issue to Microsoft (please not from Microsoft 365 admin portal). Thanks in advance.
