How can i get a trascript of my very old MS exams from 1990's and early 2000's?

I started my MS Certification Jurnet in 1997. with Microsoft NT Certified Engineer. then my WIndows 2000MCSE + Internet.

I have had my dphalen@Karima ben .com email address for these last 23 years so that has not changed. I am unable to find where the new certification profiles would be since it has obviously changed in the last 15 years since I last logged into get them.

I moved and have lost all my Framed Certificates and they did mean a lot to me.
