I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 10, trying to download Microsoft whiteboard for teaching - in the store it says 'you own this app' and 'starting download...' however download never starts!

Thanks

    Nope.

I said that Whiteboard is already in-built with Teams.

Have you searched your computer to see if it is already installed? See example image below.

I just added this to my Desktop computer, and I didn't have any problems.

Are you using Teams for teaching? If so, there's already a built-in Whiteboard app in it. Just click Share Whiteboard during a meeting to share Whiteboard.

If you're not using Teams, for how long have you waited for Whiteboard to download? Does it show any error code?
