Hi
I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 10, trying to download Microsoft whiteboard for teaching - in the store it says 'you own this app' and 'starting download...' however download never starts!

I understand that you are unable to install MS Whiteboard on your PC. Kindly check and try the steps below and see how it goes.
Method 1:
- Try to logout and login from the Store and try to download the app again
Method 2:
- Press the Windows Key + X and select Run
- Type in wsreset.exe
- Wait for the process to be completed and try to download the app again from the Store
Method 3:
- you might also want to consider is to re-register the Store and kindly refer to the link below

If you're not using Teams, for how long have you waited for Whiteboard to download? Does it show any error code?
