How to enable edit boot options

Hello! Have you seen this screen? If so, how to enable it? I wanna see it on my computer. It's for win7, 10, 11. Thnx!

    To see this menu on boot, open the CMD as admin and run the command below:

    bcdedit /set optionsedit yes

    To disable it run the command below:

    bcdedit /set optionsedit no

    It works on win 10, but trying it on 7 doesn't work. it's not in one of the SET commands. Same with WinPE for Windows 7.
