I was trying to upgrade to windows 11 but I had to put in the bios secure boot, I put secure boot and enable, I could not enter and I had a blue screen, by panic I pressed F9 to use a different operating system, which led me to another error that would be: Error code:0xc000000f and I do not detect the keyboard since I changed the operating system and well now I do not know what to do.

Well the usb ports do work but do not detect my keyboard and mouse, but if an old mouse, and well I have no more keyboards so I do not know what else to do the only thing would be to get me one and I could do everything, I do not understand why it does not connect the main ones, but if the old, and try everything.

Try fixes for mouse and keyboard not working during WIndows 10 setup:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questi...

Try all other USB ports, try another mouse and keyboard.

Try powering on and then forcing shutdown by holding down power button 3 times until it starts into Automatic Repair. Let it run Automatic Repair. if that doesn't work then try working through the menu's shown here to enter Setup:
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanc...

In BIOS setup try changing the setting back to where it was. If that doesn't work then try resetting BIOS to default. First take note of the settings for UEFI (should be enabled on a UEFI BIOS), CSM or Legacy BIOS (should be disabled), Boot Priority order, should be WIndows Boot Manager for UEFI,

If nothing above helps then Go to another PC to create bootable media to access Repair Mode to do a Reset, or if it fails again do the gold standard Clean install. The bootable media doesn't require a password, has it's own drivers, repair and installation files which often work when Windows or the other Repair Mode doesn't.

To create Windows 10 Installation Media on another PC install Media Creation Tool and follow the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:"
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-downlo... Uncheck the box for Recommended Settings to choose the exact version and bit rate for the target PC only.

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, on second screen choose Repair Your Computer, then Troubleshoot Options to try a Reset.

If that fails choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, click Next to let it create needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.

Everything needed to get the best possible Clean Install is here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki.... It is a better install than any amount of money can buy and a great learning experience that will make you the master of your PC because you will learn what works best and how to apply it with your own hands.

If you have files that aren't backed up you can use the same bootable media to try to rescue your files first using these methods: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

You could also just as easily do a WIndows 11 Clean Install as I wrote in my first post, complete with illustrated guides.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I solved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Hi Luxsz. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

At what point did you do these things in the BIOS, had it refused to install Windows 11 until you enabled Secure Boot, or was it later in the process?

Can you go back into BIOS Setup and change the settings back to what they were?

While there search for and report back settings choices presently for UEFI (should be enabled), CSM or Legacy BIOS (should be disabled), Secure Boot (enabled but try disable to see if it resolves the problem for now) and Boot Priority order which should have Windows Boot manager first to boot.

Once you make note of these settings try resetting BIOS to Defaults:

Do you have your files properly backed up so if we cannot retrieve the Upgrade you can instead wipe the drive and Clean Install Windows 11, which is a vastly better install anyway?

See here how to create bootable Media following the steps under the section "Create Windows 11 Installation Media" by expanding the + sign next to Before you start?
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-downlo...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

Hi Greg. Well I was looking at the requirements to install windows 11 and it said that I had to activate secure boot and TPM 2.0 and well the only thing I had to do was to activate secure boot, the TPM 2.0 seemed to be on, I activated it and put save and exit and everything happened, now it does not detect the keyboard and mouse so I can not enter the bios to restore the configuration, I have no copy so if the only way is to start again I am willing if somehow it can.
