    Hello,

    Yes, Windows 7 has a tool called Windows Remote Assistance which is pretty much a very old tool that does the same thing as Quick Assist. On Windows 7, you can launch it from Control Panel by searching for something like "ask a friend for help". This tool is also still present on Windows 10 and 11 (launch by searching on Windows Search for "Invite someone to connect to your PC to help you" so you can ask for help/give help to someone running modern versions of Windows.
