Hey guys, soooo I need help...
You see, one day I restarted my laptop with my USB keyboard plugged in and suddenly my action keys have the same function with my USB keyboard, when F1 is toggled, it directly goes to a Microsoft help center, for F3, it activates the popup where I can find specific words, for f7, it asks me to enable caret browsing, I did EVERYTHING! I tried fn+esc, and it didn't work because my esc key doesn't have the padlock symbol, I tried the BIOS menu but it doesnt have the function key behavior option, I tried fn+caps lock or fn+insert, it didn't work! And the keys the action keys that only work as long as I press the fn which are F1 to mute my pc, F2 to lower the volume, F3 to higher the volume, F4 to lower the brightness, F5 to risen the brightness, F11 to screen snip, thats it. Please help me recover the ENTIRE action keys like... F6, F6 doesn't work, it used to disable my touchpad or enable it but in doesn't work anymore, even if I press fn as well, same for F7, F7 is important to me because it enables keyboard backlight, its important cuz if I'm in a dark place with my pc, I cant see the keyboard properly so I need the backlight to see the letters clearly, and F10 isn't working, F10 disables my webcam but it doesn't work anymore. Please help me recover the entire action keys WITHOUT me including to press the fn key, also the computer I have is an Asus Vivobook so please help, this is an emergency

Hello RayoftheSun,
Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community Forums.
I hope you are doing well. We really appreciate your time in bringing this concern to us. I understand how important for you to have this working.
The action keys can only be enabled/disabled from the BIOS/UEFI, depending on your device model.
In this case, we highly suggest o reach out your device manufacturer (Asus) for further assistance as we are not familiar with the BIOS/UEFI settings.
