Microsoft Loop Storage Costs

Microsoft Loop workspaces will be stored within SharePoint Embedded. Will this be payed for at the SharePoint Embedded pay-as-you-go rate, or will it be free (included within, for example, Microsoft 365 E3 license)?

    Managing the Loop Workspace experience in SharePoint Embedded enables the full set of experiences and includes the Loop with Workspace service plan with certain licenses:

    Users with a Microsoft 365 E3 plan may need to enable additional feature licenses if they are still unable to access certain features in the Loop app:
