VBA Code For CountIF Formula Util the Last Row We Used

Dear Sir,
I am try to count the cell data base on Column C & D. Fortunately , I found the CountIf Formula for this. I am using VBA for my test and I want to write it in VBA Code. I want to try the code utile the last used Row cause I held many amount of data. Thanks you so much.108840-countif.png

    Column "C" and "D" You have a data from row 2 to 7. Then how the formula analyse C10, C14 and D10, D14 Datas?
