The Azure Free Trial offer would be what you are looking for to try Azure services for free and while I looked through the fine print, I didn't see anything that explicitly called out Azure VMware Solution one way or the other:
With the Azure Free Account, eligible customers receive $200 of credits which can be used within the first 30 days on most Azure services.
