I'm trying to create a game product in Partner Center, and when I noticed that I first couldn't enable Creators Program in the initial game setup (where it lets you choose to make it a Creators Programs game, an ID@alfonso1999 game, or None). So I went on and went to the page where you can enable Xbox Live Creators Program. The Enable button is enabled, but when I open the modal, enter my game information, and hit confirm, I continually get this error:

    You must create "MSIX or PWA app" and not "Game"
    then you can check an option that turns MIX or PWA into game in Properties section
